Management Team Kristyl Gotchall, Chief Operating Officer kristyl@eccolomedia.com Utilizing her deep technology and operations experience, Kristyl Gotchall oversees the daily operational functions of the agency as well as account management. In her operational role, she develops, implements, and manages processes and programs that streamline and enhance the way the Eccolo team delivers its high-quality services to its clients. Kristyl is also actively involved in building relationships with clients, developing strategies to help them achieve their goals while ensuring the service delivery excellence. Early in her career, Kristyl worked in systems administration for several leading companies, including Becton Dickinson and Pamida (now Shopko). While at Pamida, she rose through the ranks to become Manager of Technical Services. At Gallup, she was as a project manager and earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. After Gallup, she moved to Jelecos where she was promoted to Director of Professional Services and spent her six-year tenure optimizing operations management. Most recently, she served as Chief Operations Officer at OBI Creative, a creative agency in Omaha, Nebraska.
